Bedd Arthur Stone Ring looking southwest.

Bedd Arthur 'Arthurs Grave' is located in the Preseli Hills of Pembrokeshire (SN131325) north of the village of Mynachlog Ddu. This stone ring is unusual in that it is boat shaped or oval with truncated ends. It is made up of 16 stones arranged as two groups of 8 that make up the sides of the 'boat' with one stone centrally positioned at each truncated end, making a total of 18 stones. The stones are relatively small ranging in height from 3 ft to 10 inches. The major axis of the ring is 59 ft long aligned 56 degrees east of magnetic north. The maximum width of the ring is 31 ft.
